  • Having a HEALTHY lunch and eating roasted CAULIFLOWER topped with curcuma and cumin. Sometimes people think it takes time to make veggies, but it doesn't really. It took me 2 minutes to cut this cauliflower in pieces and top it up with spices. Try it, you will love it 😍 •

🇫🇷 Dej rapido avant la plage: cuisse de poulet rôti au curcuma, carottes sautées, artichauts et une super figue fraîche bien sucrée ❤️️ quand j'ai rencontré mon mari (🇺🇸), je me souviens que j'étais surprise de voir des gens mettre des fruits dans leur assiette avec leur dej, je me disais "bizarre ces ricains😂, ils mélangent leur dej et leur dessert en même temps"🤔 je ne sais pas si c'est un truc que les américains font ou si c'est sa famille/amis qui le fait, mais maintenant je le fais naturellement et j'adore ça!
